Samuel Ross Announces 'SR_A Engineered by Zara'

A collab project mixing fashion installations, innovative garments and cultural showcases.

Samuel Ross, known for not having only founded A-Cold-Wall, but also the boutique company SR_A, is teaming up with Zara for an exciting long-term collaboration that aims to bring creativity, craftsmanship and self-expression to a global stage. The joint venture, titled “SR_A Engineered by Zara,” will operate under Ross’s bold artistic direction, kicking off with design studios in London and A Coruña, Spain with plans to expand thoughtfully over multiple seasons.

The partnership will feature fashion installations and artistic presentations in key cultural cities around the world, blending Zara’s massive production power with Ross’s signature design ethos. The goal? To craft functional yet refined garments tailored for modern creatives. By combining Zara’s manufacturing expertise with Ross’s focus on purity, design, and cultural expression, the collaboration will produce clothing that’s not just stylish but also built to last — perfect for a modern 21st-century wardrobe.

“I am proud to announce our visionary apparel joint venture with Zara. We have established a synergy, that is focused on developing expressions of strength, utility and freedom, through leisure,” Ross shares in a press release.

“Our shared belief is that we want to make these principles accessible to the global creative community and with time, broader humanity through this partnership. All of this is made possible through Zara’s world-leading supply chain and maturing holistic vision of SR_A, which looks to connect people through functional clothing, spaces and objects,” he adds.
