Selena Gomez And Benny Blanco Release Their New Album
Tune in to ‘I Said I Love You First.’
After years of perfecting cosmetics company, Rare Beauty, actor and singer Selena Gomez is back to creating new music. This time, she’s creating a new album with her fiancé Benny Blanco titled “I Said I Love You First.” On March 21, the celebrity couple finally released the highly anticipated album.
Earlier this year, Gomez and American singer Gracie Abrams shared a teaser for their then-upcoming single, “Call Me When You Breakup.” Gomez sang, “I wanna be the first one on your mind when you wake up… We talk about forever when I’m taking over makeup.”
Rocking a choker and bow top, the clip tapped into nostalgia with a pop single that you just have to dance to. The juicy sneak peek received mixed reviews from fans, however. “Feels very 2010” one fan stated while another said “It’s catchy…. But she just engaged…. Makes no sense.” Jokingly, another chimed in with “Benny our brother is getting played.”
Little did upset fans know, the snippet was the first phase of a new album rollout. Releasing March 21, I Said I Love You First is a 14-track project. On March 4, the couple teased the trackless and by then, “Call Me When You Breakup” was already charting.
The album only furthers fans obsession with the couple from bathtub nachos to seemingly, a music power couple.
