Angèle Is the Face of Chanel's New "Chance Eau Splendide" Perfume
The Belgian singer-songwriter has been an ambassador of the fashion house since 2020.
Angèle, longtime ambassador of Chanel, is the new face of the brand’s latest “Chance Eau Splendide” fragrance.
Angèle is a 29-year-old Belgian native, is best known for her illustrious singing career in the French-speaking world, collaborating with the likes of Dua Lipa and rapper Damso. Joining the house in 2020, she regularly endorses the brand at events and on tour.
In a short film accompanying the launch, the singer plays hide and seek with the floating perfume bottle in a mirrored funhouse. After playing catch-up with “Eau Splendide,” she finally grabs the bottle and joins a group of models that dance with the scent.
“I’m the face of the new ‘Chance’ fragrance. Can’t wait, can’t wait for the beautiful things to come,” the singer shared in an Instagram post.
Created by Chanel’s master perfumer Olivier Polge, this fragrance embodies a more fruity tone, playing on notes of raspberry accord, rose geranium and amber. Encased in a purple bottle, it reflects the playful spirit of the “Change” range.
