Benefit Releases New "Benetint" Shades in Collaboration With Dezi Perkins
For the first time since its creation in 1976.
After nearly fifty years of offering a single shade, Benefit Cosmetics’ beloved Benetint is finally expanding its color range — adding shades “Raspberry” and “Dark Cherry” to its lineup. Alongside the launch, eyewear brand DEZI is releasing limited-edition blue light glasses inspired by the new Benetint shades — in collaboration with the brand’s founder Dezi Perkins.
“Raspberry” and “Dark Cherry” contain the same formula as their predecessor, “Rose.” They deliver that signature sheer, buildable flush makeup fans know and love — just with a deeper, moodier twist. The product is known for being long-lasting and staying on through it all. It’s transfer-proof, smudge-proof and waterproof as well.
The original Benetint in “Rose” is an internet sensation, with users of the Benefit bestseller swearing by its barely-there feel, sheer wash of color and perfect blendability. Its sheer, rosy tint is a favorite amongst OG beauty lovers and today’s TikTok influencers. Whether you like to wear it on the cheeks for a blushed glow or layer it onto lips for a bitten look, these newcomers bring some fresh energy to a timeless formula.

As for the shades, DEZI is dropping four limited-edition styles in celebration of the launch. The capsule includes two preppy Desksidez square styles in a clear baby pink and a deep cherry red, along with two oversized and sporty Tints Out styles. All styles feature a limited-edition DEZI logo and a temple icon modeled after the iconic Benetint cap.
The Benetint Lip and Cheek Stain in “Raspberry” and “Dark Cherry” retails for $26 USD and is now available exclusively at Benefit. The limited-edition glasses can be purchased on the DEZI site.
