Sabrina Carpenter Hinted at This Prada Beauty Lip Balm in Her "Manchild" Video

The brand just announced its new Banana Yellow balm.

As Prada Beauty‘s global partner, Sabrina Carpenter is always sporting the brand’s luxe makeup products. In her recent “Manchild” music video, Carpenter alluded to a new launch from Prada Beauty that was finally made clear. Although you might not have caught it, Carpenter was snacking on Prada-branded banana candies in the video — and Prada Beauty officially announced that a new “Banana Yellow” lip balm is being added to its lineup.

Previously, Carpenter has served as the ambassador of Prada Beauty products like the Pradascope Lash Extending Mascara. Although she’s worn tons of Prada makeup products on stage and at events, the Prada Balm in particular has made an appearance on both her TikTok account and her “Please Please Please” music video with Barry Keoghan. Carpenter also wore the new banana balm in her “Manchild” video — although no one knew it was a thing until now.

After Carpenter was seen applying the  pH-adaptive “Astral Pink” balm in the “Please Please Please” video, it quickly sold out — and this new banana balm is expected to be just as impactful. Formulated with a banana scent, the bullet of the “Banana Yellow” Prada Balm is bright yellow, but it goes on sheer with a subtle gold finish. Carpenter revealed she applies the Prada Balm on top of her usual lip combos to hydrate her lips and add a natural glow.

The new “Banana Yellow” Prada Balm is £40 GBP (approx $50 USD), and will be available for purchase on the brand’s website starting July 1.
