Glow Recipe Linked up With Buldak for Its Spiciest Collab Ever
The collaboration brings a limited-edition drop inspired by the beloved Korean noodle.
Glow Recipe‘s Glass Balm Lip Treatment just got tastier. For a limited-edition collaboration, the brand is pairing the lip product with flavors of Buldak, the Korean spicy ramyeon brand with a global cult following. The result is a duo of tinted balms inspired by two of the noodle brand’s most-loved sauces, Original and Carbonara.
Given the duo’s shared roots in Korea, the collaboration hopes to bring together food and beauty, two forces majorly shaping popular culture. Leaning into this, the newly-released duo features a custom keychain featuring Peppo, Buldak’s fiery chick mascot, perfect for accessorizing with.
Each balm is infused with hyaluronic microspheres for hydration that lasts, ceramides to strengthen the lip barrier and pink pepper berry to smooth with antioxidants. The launch brings two new shades, “Original” is a soft brick shade with a tingly, spicy-sweet kick that plumps lips, while “Carbonara” is a cherry blossom pink with a creamy finish and a hint of sweet umami.
The Glass Balm Duo retails for $38 USD and will be available at Sephora on October 23.
