Dieux Is Taking the Intimidation Out of Retinoids With Its Newest Launch
Firm Revival has arrived.
Dieux has announced its first-ever retinal serum: Firm Revival — built to visibly firm skin, blur the look of fine lines and smooth out tone without the usual sting that comes with retinoids. Instead of navigating a rough adjustment period, the brand formulated the serum to deliver noticeable results while sidestepping the redness and flaking retinoids are known for.
The formula centers on a 0.05% next-generation retinal and a 2% algae retinoid booster, built through a multi-phase delivery system that targets collagen support while keeping sensitivity in check. Rounding it out is a 16% Hydro-Calming Blend, made up of glycerin, snow mushroom extract and panthenol, plus a 0.1% licorice root derivative meant to keep skin calm as the retinal gets to work.

Firm Revival is designed to target fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone, along with catering to first-time retinoid users and anyone who’s given up on the ingredient due to irritation. The serum is sensitive skin-friendly, vegan, fragrance-free and non-comedogenic — not to mention, it also carries the National Eczema Association Seal.
The Firm Revival HydroRetinal Firming Serum retails for $42 USD and is available for purchase on the brand’s website.
