Supplier Earth and JT Just Made the Flip-Flop Even Hotter
The duo’s limited-edition collaboration turns the staple into a sleek kitten heel and stiletto.
JT is giving the humble flip-flop a major glow-up. Teaming up with Supplier Earth, the rapper unveiled a limited-edition capsule that transforms the beach-day staple into a statement heel.
Founded by designer Gio Forbice, whose résumé includes Yeezy, Fenty and Marni, Supplier Earth is known for pushing footwear into experimental territory. The collaboration came about after Forbice introduced JT to a flip-flop heel prototype he’d been developing. Already a fan of his work, the artist didn’t hesitate to make it her own.
The result is a bold new silhouette available in two exclusive shades personally selected by the artist: “JT Acide Green” and “JT Pink.” Offered in both a wearable 55 mm kitten heel and a dramatic 110 mm stiletto, the design pairs a lightweight foam body with a TPU thong, elevating one of fashion’s most familiar shoes into a conversation-starting piece. Adding an extra personal touch, JT’s signature logo replaces the brand’s standard hardware, marking the first official artist edition of the silhouette.
With just 250 pairs releasing worldwide (125 in each colorway), the collaboration is as exclusive as it is eye-catching. The drop also marks the beginning of Supplier Earth’s new artist collaboration series, where future creatives will put their own spin on the flip-flop heel.
If flip-flop heels weren’t already one of the year’s most coveted footwear trends, JT just made the case for them. Head to the brand’s website to shop the collection.
