KidSuper and Havaianas' New Collab Is All About Joga Bonito
Bringing the turf to our favorite flip-flops.
KidSuper is teaming up with iconic flip-flop brand Havaianas for a vibrant collection celebrating art, self-expression and futebol arte. Inspired by the beautiful game and the country that turned it into an art form, the four-piece capsule seamlessly blends Brazilian heritage with KidSuper founder Colm Dillane’s playful creative vision.
Dillane brings a deeply personal connection to the collaboration, having lived and played football in Brazil previously. To mark the launch, Havaianas and KidSuper restored a public football pitch in São Paulo featuring original artwork by Dillane — the same court where the capsule’s campaign was shot.
The collection features three printed styles showcasing Dillane’s signature colorful designs and dynamic artwork. The standout piece, however, is the Havaianas Top Turf Pitch, which first debuted on KidSuper’s FW26 runway in Miami. Completely wrapped in lush green velvet, the design recreates the look and feel of a football pitch directly underfoot.
“Havaianas is such a Brazilian icon, and for me that made it a really exciting canvas to play with,” said Dillane in a press release. “We took this shared love of football and brought it into the KidSuper world through color, art and a little bit of the unexpected.”
Each pair comes complete with exclusive co-branded detailing, collectible packaging, a KidSuper-branded gym sack and a custom card featuring four metallic pins for personal customization.
The KidSuper x Havaianas collection drops on September 8 on the Havaianas website and select retailers.
