Netflix Has Debuted a New and Cheaper Mobile-Only Subscription
Rolling out in Asia.
Popular streaming platform Netflix is only continuing to expand this year, continously growing and embarking on new projects such as original series like Stranger Things and successful movie To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. Now, the site is reportedly rolling out a mobile-only subscription option, which will be a cheaper alternative to the already existing methods.
As of now, the mobile-only option is only available in Asia to experiment with how subscriptions might build in different regions. The cheaper alternative costs users $4 USD, which is half as much as the cheapest plan currently available in the U.S. There’s yet no word as to when the mobile-only option will release world-wide, but make sure to stay tuned as any more information surfaces.
