adidas Is Currently Investigating Claims Against Gosha Rubchinskiy

Following this week’s controversies.

Following the controversial messages between Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy and a 16-year-old minor on Instagram, the creative’s long-time collaborator adidas is looking into all claims filed against Rubchinskiy . The sportswear giant is currently investigating the alleged situation, and according to an adidas spokesperson, the label is taking “any allegation of this nature extremely seriously” and is “currently looking into the claim that has been made.”

During the past years Gosha Rubchinskiy has put out several collaborations with adidas, ranging from both apparel to footwear. It remains to see what action adidas will take, but make sure to stay tuned as the situation unfolds. Read more about the controversy here.
