Gucci's New Two-Piece Set Presents Alessandro Michele's Take on the Silk Pyjama Trend
Ultimate cozy.
For Gucci‘s Spring/Summer 2018 collection, the fashion house releases its own iteration of the luxe pyjama trend in the form of a whimsical, beige silk-satin twill shirt and matching trousers.
The Italian-made shirt features a contrasting black and ivory trim across the hemline and welt pockets, and is printed with the collection’s black and red pattern. Appearing on the back, based on the show’s invitation is Alessandro Michele‘s favorite number 25 in Roman numerals. Detailing on the trousers includes white and black ribbons cuffs, which is a twist on the house’s signature Web-stripe. Additionally, the pants feature a cropped leg length. Style this two-piece set with the brand’s vintage Ophidia belt-bag for a relaxed, weekend look.
You can pick up both pieces now at MATCHESFASHION – the shirt retails at $2,500 USD, while the trousers price out at $1,300 USD.
