Gucci Announces Its Latest Capsule "#GucciHallucination" with Artwork by Ignasi Monreal
Dropping this week.
Gucci links up with Spanish artist Ignasi Monreal for another collaboration. This time around, the fashion house is set to drop a creative capsule collection titled “#GucciHallucination.” The capsule will feature nine sweatshirts and nine T-Shirts, each emblazoned with original, digital artwork by Monreal for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2018 campaign. Monreal’s recent painted ad campaigns for the launch of Gucci’s Bloom fragrance were tremendously well-received after debuting in New York and Milan.
The exclusive collection will include a release of only 200 of each T-shirt design and 100 of each sweatshirt. Each item will come with a numbered label and custom packaging with the artist’s artwork. Alongside the launch of the capsule, Gucci and Monreal have created an art installation in East London.
