Frankie Collective Will Be Dropping Reworked Designer Pieces This Weekend
Take our money.
Having just dropped an ambitious collection of reworked adidas pieces, Vancouver-based label Frankie Collective is now back with another drop of must-have upcycled items. This time around, the vintage design house will be launching a range of designer rework goods. As revealed via Instagram, the first teaser of the forthcoming release is a Balenciaga side bag.
Designed as the cross-body pouch that has fast become an essential for cozy girls everywhere, the silhouette is rendered with a black and white palette. On the upper half of the bag is a white segment with the brand’s classic text logo (the font has since been changed by creative director Demna Gvasalia). With the rest of the item in black, a color-matching clasp is used as an adjustable fastener for the strap. Although details are still sparse regarding which exact luxury brands will also be part of the drop, Frankie Collective’s previous releases – such as this rework Gucci mini backpack – are pretty indicators that the new arrivals will be very covetable.
You can shop the full drop at Frankie Collective’s web store on May 25 when it launches.
