The Best Celebrity Style This Week: Hailey Baldwin, Tove Lo and More

Colors of the summer as seen on your favorite stars.

With summer finally kicking in, we’re feeling inspired to inject more colors and patterns into our everyday wardrobe. In our celebrity style highlights this week, we’re seeing bold hues, experimental silhouettes and warm weather-friendly proportions on some of our favorite models and artists. From Tove Lo‘s tie dye rainbow Pride T-shirt to Rihanna‘s glistening gold Ocean’s 8 premiere look, keep reading to check out the most head-turning looks of the week.

While you’re here, read all about the bucket hat trend that It-models including Kaia Gerber and Bella Hadid are currently obsessed with.

Paloma Elsesser

WHAT SHE WORE: Paloma Elsesser’s beachside look is the summer outfit we’ve been dreaming about. Her minimalist swimwear comes from the brand Prism London, and features a retro, ’60s-inspired design that’s equally sophisticated and chic. To top it all off, the model threw on a vacation-ready Loewe shirt as a cover-up. Featuring bright red accents, the yellow button-up really added some interest the otherwise neutral ensemble.

SHOP THE LOOK: Paloma’s bikini top and bottoms can be purchased at Prism London’s site for $159 USD and $126 USD respectively. The Loewe short-sleeved shirt retails at $485 USD at Net-A-Porter.

Tove Lo

WHAT SHE WORE: In honor of Pride Month, Tove Lo has created this beautiful tie dye T-shirt to support The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. Her metallic silver skirt perfectly complements the glitter logo printed on the front of the shirt.

SHOP THE LOOK: For $40 USD, you can purchase Tove Lo’s tie dye logo Pride tee online. All proceeds will go towards benefiting The Trevor Project.

Rihanna

WHAT SHE WORE: At the London premiere of her latest movie Ocean’s 8, Rihanna shut down the red carpet in a real-life goddess look that only the singer-actress herself can pull off. We’re in awe of how gorgeous she looked in her custom, crinkled gold dress by POIRET. Wearing a sleek top knot and full-face Fenty Beauty, RiRi completed her outfit with some slinky heels by Giuseppe Zanotti and a color-matching clutch by Christian Louboutin.

SHOP THE LOOK: To recreate Rihanna’s look, you can shop the rose gold sandal heels at Giuseppe Zanotti’s web store for $725 USD.

Billie Eilish

WHAT SHE WORE: If you’re someone who prefers to wear all-black all year round, then Billie Eilish goth-meets-streetwear ‘fit will serve as the perfect style inspo for you. The silver-haired artist stayed cozy in a black hoodie and matching sweat pants, but she didn’t forget to accessorize. From layered chains to a Stussy crossbody bag, to her go-to Balenciaga Triple-S sneakers, her casual look was styled to perfection.

SHOP THE LOOK: This particular Triple-S colorway has recently restocked on SSENSE and is available at $895 USD.

Dua Lipa

WHAT SHE WORE: Dua Lipa convinced us that mini crop tops are the way to go this season. If you’re into the bare midriff look, try giving some of your T-shirts a new life by cutting them into breezier tops. The “One Kiss” singer paired her DIY adidas tee with a pair of floor-sweeping, wide-legged jeans that added to the fun proportions of the look.

SHOP THE LOOK: Dua Lipa’s Three Stripes tee is retailing at SSENSE for $35 USD, while her wide, dark blue jeans are available at Ksenia Schnaider for $375 USD.

Hailey Baldwin

WHAT SHE WORE: After making a case of summer outerwear in her Gucci cable knit cardigan, Hailey Baldwin blessed us with another stylish look from her recent trip to Tokyo. Keeping it casual, the model wore a white crop top and some distressed denim, paired with her favorite gold hoop earrings. For some extra warmth, she opted for her trusty biker jacket from Paul & Joe.

SHOP THE LOOK: It seems like Hailey’s leather jacket is currently out of stock. However, head here to check out other summer jacket options.

Kylie Jenner

WHAT SHE WORE: Athleisure is never out of style in the Kardashian-Jenners‘ books. Earlier this week, Kylie Jenner was seen stepping out in a sporty look courtesy of her designer friend Alexander Wang. In true Kylie fashion, the beauty mogul completed her crop top and leggings ensemble with a pair of clear, PVC pumps that allowed her to show off her fresh pedicure.

SHOP THE LOOK: Kylie’s Alexander Wang leggings are part of the brand’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection and are currently not available yet. In the meantime, head to the designer’s web store to shop similar styles.

Janelle Monáe

WHAT SHE WORE: Concluding our roundup this week is Janelle Monáe’s fire concert outfit, which she wore during the San Francisco leg of her Dirty Computer tourThe bespoke look, which features a red and white vinyl dress and matching boots, was created by MAISON the FAUX. With a statement hat and sunnies to boot, the songstress’ made it clear that more is definitely more.
