Converse has tapped Miley Cyrus to designed its 2018 Pride footwear and apparel. Revenue from the capsule with support LGBTQ+ youth groups including Cyrus’ Happy Hippie Foundation, It Gets Better Project, Minus 18 and RainbowYOUTH.
Leading the pack is the Chuck Taylor All Star Platform Hi ($95 USD). The stacked shoe is equipped with a six-layer rainbow midsole that is sure to standout in a crowd. On its white upper we see the Happy Hippie logo outlined in yellow and black for contrast. The Chuck Taylor All Star Hi, CTAS Low and Chuck 70 are each covered in colorful stripes and polka dots to match the festive spirit of the month. To pair with the sneakers there is a range of apparel to match. The haul includes a pullover, track pants, T-shirts and hats all covered in polka dots and rainbow stripes.
