Let Nike's Air Max 97 Premium "Reflective Silver" Light the Way

Shine on this season.

Nike‘s standout Air Max 97 silhouette has been reimagined in varying colorways and finishes – the most recent being a “Black Grape” iteration. If you’re looking for a lighter, more eye-catching version, however, then this premium “Reflective Silver” update is sure to stop you in your tracks.

This retro silhouette, initially inspired by the simple, yet futuristic, design of Japanese trains, boasts a mixed-material upper in mostly metallic silver. The sleek, wavy pattern has elements of 3M reflective piping woven throughout, bringing a unique twist to the tonal kicks that will also ensure you’re seen in the dark. A black mini Swoosh on the lateral side and tongue, and a black heel tab adds a slight contrast to the look. Rounding off the look is a full-length visible Air Max unit, a black outsole and a pop of vibrant red on the sole and heel tab.

Why not pair these cozy kicks with crisp denim pieces or quality essentials from Everlane for a cool, off-duty look. You can cop the “Reflective Silver” at retailers like Feature Sneaker Boutique for $170 USD. Don’t forget to check out this stunning rose gold version, too.
