The COMME des GARÇONS PLAY x Converse Chuck Taylor Gets Covered in Polka Dots

Hot on the heels of the recent announcement that COMME des GARÇONS PLAY x Converse‘s Chuck Taylors will now be available on Nike, the collaborative duo now return with an all-new design. Applying polka dots on both the high and low-top versions of the Chuck Taylor ‘70, the latest offering is the most whimsical iteration yet of the long-running series. Each model is reworked in both black and white colorways for a total of four new trainers. For each version, a stark white midsole is used to contrast the eye-catching motif on the canvas upper. Rounding off all of the sneakers is, of course, the unmistakable CDG PLAY heart logo in red printed on the side panel.
For the time being, details are still sparse regarding an exact release date. However, you can pre-order a pair now at Barneys, where both the high and low-tops retail for $135 USD per pair.
