Yes, that’s tumbled leather on the upper.

Nike has covered the Air Max 97 in a stunning “Bio Beige” hue. The classic silhouette is crafted from tumbled leather which is seen in a scaled pattern on the lateral. A mix of “Light Carbon” and “Dusty Peach” are placed on the uppermost part of the shoe adding dimension. A pink Swoosh is fitted right above the crisp white midsole. The sleek Air Max Unit is colored a bold mauve shade that ties the colorway together. Tonal laces and outsole complete this offering.
