adidas Introduces UltraBOOST 20 in Honor of International Space Station Partnership
In three futuristic metallic colorways.
Following the announcement of a multiyear partnership with the International Space Station (ISS), adidas will release a special version of its UltraBOOST sneaker featuring ISS branding.
The product of extensive lab testing, the UltraBOOST 20 is a running sneaker constructed of a Primeknit upper with Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) technology, an update resulting in a better fitting shoe. An optimized BOOST midsole helps propel runners forward and a 3D Heel Frame offers comfortable support. adidas’ BOOST technology will be further tested and improved upon in outer space throughout the brand partnership with ISS.
Three colorways in subtle metallic finishes comprise the UltraBOOST 20 range. Black, grey and navy blue Primeknit sit atop an ombré blue-to-purple midsole. adidas’ Three Stripes are hinted at in minimal, futuristic form on the lateral while ISS branding appears on a triangular rubber patch at the tongue.
The adidas UltraBOOST 20 releases globally on December 6 at adidas’ website and in-store.
