Dior Celebrates Lunar New Year With Vibrant Capsule Collection of Accessories
Including signature handbags and the D-Connect sneaker.
In honor of Lunar New Year, Dior has unveiled a celebratory capsule collection of accessories and footwear in rich red and gold hues.
Signature bags such as the Lady Dior are rendered in vibrant red, a shade that Christian Dior himself considered “the color of life” — and also symbolizes luck and prosperity in Chinese culture. The Saddle bag, Montaigne crossbody, Book Tote and a selection of cardholders and wallets are adorned with an intricate depiction of a rising phoenix. Beading and gold hardware add luxe detailing to the accessories. The D-Connect sneaker features a phoenix print upper, red laces and a chunky white midsole.
