Nike Gives Its Classic Cortez Silhouette a Muted Pink Makeover
The perfect last-minute Christmas gift.
Originally designed by Bill Bowerman in 1972, Nike‘s Classic Cortez has become one of the Swoosh brand’s most iconic silhouettes to date. Most recently, the sportswear label has updated the silhouette with a new muted pink colorway for your winter sneaker rotation.
The pair features a leather and synthetic upper for durability, as well as a foam midsole providing lightweight cushioning. The classic logo arrives in a “Summit White” hue that contrasts against its pale pink canvas. Finally, its outsole arrives in a combination of pink and white along with a mustard yellow stripe that intersects in between. Take a detailed look at the shoe in the gallery above.
Nike’s Classic Cortez in “Fossil Stone/Saffron Quartz/Magic Flamingo” retails for $70 USD which you can now cop at Nike’s website. For more of this silhouette, be sure to check it out in “Coral Stardust/Gym Red.”
