Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande and More Sit at the Top of Spotify’s 2019 Most-Streamed Artist List

2019 is quickly coming to an end, and with only a handful of weeks left of the year, Spotify has released its annual report of the most-streamed artists, tracks and more of the past year, as well as its “A Decade Wrapped,” which looks back at the previous 10 years.
The report sees Post Malone as the most-streamed artist of 2019, closely followed by Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande. As for the decade, Drake is the decade’s most-streamed artist, coming in at a staggering 28 billion streams. In addition, the report also highlights this year’s most-streamed tracks, albums and podcasts of the year. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello‘s catchy single “Señorita” was the most-played, whilst Billie Eilish’s WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? snagged the top album spot. The 17-year-old singer also comes it at number one as the most-streamed female artist, with more than six billion streams this year.
