Another week has swiftly gone by, but not without an abundance of head-turning celebrity style moments. On the red carpet of the 2019 iHeart Radio Music Awards, some of our favorite artists including Ella Mai, Tiffany Young and Billie Eilish were spotted in statement-making ensembles that come in the form of couture as well as custom-made pieces.
