She reprises her role as the ‘Sleep Beauty’ villainess.

Disney has released the first official trailer for Maleficent: Mistress of Evil starring Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning. This movie serves as a sequel to the 2014 film which focused on the story of the dark fairy Maleficent. The clips shows that the contentious relationship between Maleficent and Aurora (Fanning) continues while both characters “struggle to protect the moors and the magical creatures that reside within.”

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil will premiere in theaters globally October 18. Watch the trailer above and let us know your thoughts below.
