Following up on the launch of the Gentle Monster x Fendi pop-up, the Italian fashion house unveils its new “Roma Amour” collection. Accompanying the launch of the range is a psychedelic short film titled “#FendiRomAmour.”
The line which is the third capsule within the brand’s “FF” series features the new Roma Amour logo in two different graphic variations created in collaboration with British graffiti artist Pref. One of the designs is a parallel piped version, while the second iteration is a multi-color wave — both create a 3D illusion effect on handbags, clothing, footwear and miniature accessories. The range is also comprised of the Selleria line, leather accessories created with Fendi’s distinct craftsmanship. These pieces come in neon colors.
The video features a well-dressed group of friends from around the world gathering to share a new experience. In one shot, an individual is shown spray painting the fashion house’s wave logo on the back of a truck. Another highlight of the clip includes the group running and dancing throughout the iconic Palazzo Della Civiltà Italiana, Fendi’s global office.
