The Uber Black experience has been upgraded.

Uber Black has enhanced its experience with a handful of new features for users to enjoy. The most notable feature is the new “Quiet Mode” which allows passengers to indicate when they’d prefer for their driver to be quiet during the ride. With one tap, Uber users can proactively create a silent environment for emailing or napping. Other features include the option to ask for help with luggage, temperature control, extended pickup periods and premium phone support with live agent support. Uber Black is the app’s premium black car service which guarantees vehicle quality and professionalism.
