New Images of the Apple Card Have Surfaced Online

Take a first look.

The new Apple Card is slated to release this summer following an announcement from the tech giant. Mobile leaker Ben Geskin has shared photos of the alternative credit card sourced from Apple employees who received early additions. The cards will arrive in bright packaging with a hidden NFC tag and pairing instructions similar to the AirPods. Following pairing, the digital Apple Card can be accessed via the Wallet app on the iPhone.

The physical Apple Card is crafted from solid titanium which has the owner’s name etched into it via laster. The surface of the card also features a chip an Apple logo while the reverse holds a magstripe with logo from banking partners, Mastercard and Goldman Sachs. The card’s expiration dates and account numbers have be relocated to the digital iteration.

Enjoy a closer look at the Apple Card below and stay tuned for more launch information. In other Apple news, the Apple XR is rumored to be releasing in green and lavender.
