Virgil Abloh Sends Serena Williams an Early Pair of the Off-White™ Air Force 1 "University Blue"

“FOR SERENA ONLY.”

Virgil Abloh recently gifted tennis champion Serena Williams an early pair of the Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 “University Blue.” The low-top silhouette is not slated to drop until later this year so Williams is the first to receive the standout colorway. The shoe is overwhelmed by a deep blue hue that is accented with a silver Swoosh and white text graphics. Abloh adds his signature to the sneaker adding tags like “FOR SERENA ONLY” and “AIR WILLIAMS.”

Fans first caught a look at this iteration via an Instagram post from 2018. No official release information has been shared yet but rumors suggest a limited drop is scheduled for June in both men’s and grade school sizing. Nike has yet to confirm this so stay tuned for more information.

Enjoy a closer look at Serena’s custom pair above and also be sure to catch a look at the duo’s next collaboration.
