Skechers Celebrates 20-Year Anniversary by Bringing Back the Energy Sneaker
Arriving in three exclusive colorways.
This year footwear label Skechers is celebrating its 20-year anniversary with an exclusive collection of shoes, bringing back one of the label’s heritage styles. The capsule collection sees the Skechers Energy silhouette, which initially released back in 1999 and quickly became a staple piece with its chunky outsole and several colorways.
Celebrating the anniversary, Skechers is launching the 90s-inspired trainer in three limited-edition colorways celebrating the trainer that launched it all. Arriving in a classic white hue, a metallic silver design as well as a “it’s the S” logo iteration, the shoe is ideal for day-to-day wear as well as mixing and matching this summer.
Skechers will be releasing the Energy sneaker on June 11 online at Skechers, celebrating its anniversary. The launch will mark the return of the iconic silhouette, which will be expanding and rolling out in multiple colors throughout the year following the exclusive capsule release.
