Glossier Launches New Lip Gloss Shades, Red and Holographic
Shiny new additions to your makeup bag.
Following the release of the editor-approved Brow Flick pen, Glossier has returned to launch two new shades of its fan-favorite product, the Lip Gloss.
Originally coming in a pure gloss shade “Clear,” the lippie is now available in a sheer “Red” hue as well as “Holographic,” filled with subtle, rose gold shimmer. During the 2019 Essence Festival held over the weekend, Michelle Obama was seen test-driving the red color — see the image below.
Like the original release, the new Lip Gloss shades are formulated to deliver a glassy, high-shine finish and to add to the fullness of your pout. Designed with a doe-foot applicator, which picks up just the right amount of product, the gloss is smooth and not sticky. The product is vegan and cruelty-free, and sees Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E as its key ingredients, leaving your lips feeling moisturized, soft and smooth in texture.
The new Lip Glosses will become available for purchase online and in-store at Glossier’s IRL locations on July 9, 7 a.m. EST. Each shade prices out at $14 USD.
In related news, Glossier has recently announced that it will be opening a pop-up experience in Boston this summer. Details regarding the temporary store are sparse at the moment, so stay tuned for any further updates. In the meantime, check out the dreamy interiors of the beauty brand’s recent pop-up stores in Seattle and Miami.
