The drama series is coming back soon.
Netflix‘s 13 Reasons Why has unveiled a few significant details surrounding its upcoming Season 3. It’s been over a year since the last season wrapped and the show announced it would be recording another installment of the popular scripted series.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Bryce Walker (Justin Prentice) is now dead and the season will be spent figuring out how this happened. The latest trailer narrated by a new character Ani (Grace Saif) presents that even the most significant characters on the show could have played a role in his death. The dramatic clip features each of the main high school classmates standing staring at Bryce’s gravesite next to his coffin. Ani’s narration reveals that each person is connected to one another by their own secrets.
The logline for the show reads:
“Eight months after preventing Tyler from committing an unthinkable act at Spring Fling, Clay, Tony, Jessica, Alex, Justin, and Zach find ways to shoulder the burden of the cover-up together while helping Tyler move toward recovery. But when the aftermath of a tumultuous Homecoming game culminates in the disappearance of a football player, and Clay finds himself under police scrutiny, it’s up to a shrewd outsider to steer the group through an investigation that threatens to lay bare everyone’s deepest secrets. The stakes are raised in this riveting third season of 13 Reasons Why, as the consequences of even the most well-intended actions can alter a life forever.”
