Snoh Aalegra's '-Ugh, those feels again' Paints a Picture of Love and Heartbreak
The Swedish singer returns after releasing ‘FEELS.’
Snoh Aalegra recently debuted her latest album -Ugh, those feels again, coming two years after her last project FEELS. The new compilation from the Swedish singer and songwriter provides a look at her innermost ideals on love, heartbreak and the woes that come with dating.
The 14-track album is marked by emotional tracks like “Situationship,” “I Didn’t Mean to Fall in Love” and “Find Someone Like You.” What this project does is push Aalegra back into the forefront of the R&B conversation. She does this by revealing riveting experiences that are undeniably relatable.
“Situationship,” a lead single for the album, portrays what it’s like trying to get over someone that you’ve begun understanding you’re quite into. Another poignant song worth noting is “Toronto,” a sultry track that highlights Snoh’s soft voice on the hook. If you have an ear for production, a few production credits include familiar names like No I.D., D-Mile and Doctor O.
Last night when Ugh-those feels again dropped, it rose to the #1 slot on the iTunes R&B chart, which speaks to the global reach of her artistry. Aalegra is set to start off her limited-series tour dates soon beginning in Stockholm on September 13. The tour will wrap in London on September 24.
