Prada Enlists Yara Shahidi, Chanyeol Park and Jin Chen for FW20 Linea Rossa Campaign

The luxury house debuts a new sustainable fabric dubbed EXTREME-TEX.

Following Raf Simons’ recent debut for the house, Prada has now unveiled the Fall/Winter 2020 campaign for its Linea Rossa line. The latest visuals feature Yara Shahidi, K-pop group EXO‘s Chanyeol Park and Jin Chen.

Celebrating the new active collection, the luxury label has tapped the three creatives for their global influence. Each star is lensed by different photographers as an effort to support diverse local artists, including Renell Medrano for Shahidi, Mok Jung Wook for Park and Leslie Zhang for Chen. Following a consistent theme boasting retro-futuristic aesthetics, the photographs reinterpret the lineage and evolution of Linea Rossa. The American actress is pictured in a technical, short-sleeved black shirt, while Chanyeol is dressed in black and red puffer jackets, coats and more. Each of the items is adorned with the signature strip of Prada branding running across the front.

Through the FW20 campaign, the brand unveils a new three-layer fabric dubbed EXTREME-TEX, which was developed exclusively by Prada over the past three years. Made with recycled polyester and manufactured with non-polluting processes, the collection furthers Prada’s sustainability initiative.
