The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago has announced its lineup for this year’s Dialogue Series, a popular program that invites artists, thought leaders and audiences to take part in four discussions on a specific theme. This season, the program will explore the subject of cultural inheritance with Kerby Jean-Raymond of Pyer Moss as the keynote speaker.
Jean-Raymond will be touching upon the ways creative legacies can saturate the design of the future. Popular voices such as director Kiran Deol, writer Britt Julious, artist William Pope.L and rapper Frank Waln will be joining alongside the designer to talk about issues that resonate in society today, such as migration, capitalism and global warming, with active participation from the audience.
