Kristen Noel Crawley Launches Virtual Beauty School for Black Female Entrepreneurs

Providing free education and advice to Black women in the beauty industry.

Founder of KNC Beauty, Kristen Noel Crawley, has just announced that she is heading up a new online educational platform set out to aid Black female entrepreneurs within the beauty industry. Dubbed the KNC Beauty School, the new program provides four semesters of free information ranging from facing adversity, to entrepreneurship. Alongside Kristen Noel Crawley herself, the course will also include Trinity Mouzon of Golde and Melissa Butler of The Lip Bar.

“We’ll be going over resources and giving advice from other female founders to women of color who want to start a business or are in the early stages of their business,” Crawley told WWD, later adding that she’s aiming to share resources to help female entrepreneurs easily overcome some of the obstacles she encountered, as well as to avoid mistakes she made along the way. Alongside the education, the KNC Beauty School will also give out a $10,000 USD grant to one entrepreneur to support or help them launch their business.

The KNC Beauty School is set to launch on July 14. Stay tuned to learn more about the initiative.
