Nike's Latest Air Max 95 SE Is Inspired by Korea's National Flower, Mugunghwa
The women’s exclusive sneaker comes in a “Fireberry” pink shade.
Expanding its women’s exclusive offerings, Nike has now dressed its Air Max 95 SE silhouette in tonal pink. The sneakers take inspiration from mugunghwa, the national flower of South Korea.
The upper is constructed with mesh and suede overlays boasting a “Fireberry” hue all over. The heel is adorned with a small embroidered Swoosh in a darker hue, while the midsole adds a slight touch of contrast in “Elemental Pink.” The theme is continued on the tongue tag, which is adorned with Air Max branding. Accentuating the design is a mugunghwa motif at the rear, as well as repeated patterning on the footbed.
