'Euphoria's Rue Relapses and Sells Drugs in First Official Trailer for Season 2

UPDATE (December 20, 2021): HBO Max releases its first official Euphoria Season 2 trailer nearly a month after dropping a preview, and as expected, it’s filled with chaos.
Season 2 explores Rue Bennett (Zendaya) going back home after leaving rehab and getting herself into more trouble. “I came up with an amazing plan,” Rue tells Fezco (Angus Cloud) right before it cuts to a scene of a suitcase filled with all kinds of drugs.
The rest of the trailer includes partying, breakdowns, intense arguments, someone ending up in a hospital, guns and of course, explosive drama. Catch Season 2 of Euphoria on HBO Max on January 9, 2022. Watch the first official trailer above.
ORIGINAL STORY (November 23, 2021): Euphoria fans, it’s time to rejoice because Rue Bennett will soon be gracing your screens once again. The first official teaser for Season 2 of the teen drama has been released, giving viewers a preview of what’s to come.
“When you’re younger, everything feels so permanent,” Rue, played by Zendaya, says in the teaser. “But as you get older, you begin to realize nothing is and everyone you love could drift away.” In the clip, lots of partying, fighting, recklessness and of course, drama can be seen happening.
You can expect several characters to return to the second season, such as Angus Cloud, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Barbie Ferreira, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Storm Reid, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Austin Abrams and Nika King. Fresh faces expected to make their debut this upcoming season are Minka Kelly, Dominic Fike and Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr.
