UPDATE (November 6, 2021): Following a chilling trailer, Netflix has unveiled the final teaser for the fourth season of Stranger Things.
“Dear Mike, today is day 185,” Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) opens with a voiceover, suggesting it has been 185 days since she left Hawkins. The trailer further reveals a shoebox diorama she makes for a project at school, featuring her old home in Hawkins with Hopper (David Harbour). ORIGINAL STORY (September 27, 2021): Following last month’s sneak peek, Netflix has released another teaser for Stranger Things Season 4.
The one-and-a-half-minute clip takes place at the Creel family’s house, which co-creator Matt Duffer called “a super important location” for the fourth season, as per The Hollywood Reporter. The visual opens with Victor Creel (Robert Englund), his wife and two kids moving into their new home in the ’50s. Over time, the family of four start to encounter supernatural events — similar to the ones in the first three seasons. The teaser then shows snippets of the Upside Down and fast forwards to the ’80s where Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Steve (Joe Keery), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Max (Sadie Sink), Nancy (Natalia Dyer) and Robin (Maya Hawke) enter the property searching for something.
