Tom Daley, Olympic Diver and Avid Knitter, Launches Knit Kit Line

The athlete enjoyed a viral moment when he was seen knitting during the Tokyo Games.

Tom Daley has taken his passion of knitting and turned it into an online business. The olympic gold medalist launched a knit kit line called Made With Love by Tom Daley.

“A lot of you know that I absolutely adore knitting,” Daley wrote on the brand’s official website. “It’s been a journey for me that started when I first picked up my knitting needles in March 2020. Fast forward 18 months and I’m so proud to introduce these kits to you all so that you can experience the joy I found learning to knit. I designed these knit kits to help encourage you to pick up those needles, learn the basics, and fall in love with knitting at the same time — all [while] creating something to show off or pass on.”

The knit kits are divided into levels — beginner, easy, intermediate and advanced. For each level, Daley provides a guide as well as the materials needed to complete that particular kit. The kits consists of either crochet kits or knitting kits, which includes homeware, accessories, cardigans, jumpers and vests.
