Supreme Digs Into Emilio Pucci's Archive for Spring 2021 Collaboration
Featuring bold prints from the ’60s and ’70s.
Supreme has unexpectedly tapped Emilio Pucci for its latest partnership. Slated to drop later this week, the collection features details gathered from the Italian fashion house’s archives.
The collaboration celebrates the legacy of Pucci, who is known to have tapped into the luxury and sportswear crossover as early as the ’50s. The range, comprised of street-ready items such as jackets, hoodies, soccer jerseys and more, are splashed with some of the late designer’s signature prints such as “Fantasia” from 1970 and “Tulipani” from 1965.
Standouts include smoking jackets with tie belt fastening, featuring vibrant patterns and Supreme’s logo on the front pocket. The same theme is continued on a series of zip-up jackets, short-sleeved shirts and soccer jerseys paired with track pants and shorts. In true Supreme style, the Box Logo receives the Pucci treatment, while the collection is rounded out with sunglasses, caps, belts and Zippo lighters.
Peep all of the offerings below. The Emilio Pucci x Supreme Spring 2021 range will drop on June 10, with Japan seeing a later release on June 12.
