Heron Preston SS23 Takes Cues from the Streets of New York

Luxury workwear brand Heron Preston just unveiled its new Spring/Summer 2023 collection, inspired by the dynamic streets of New York.
The brand looked specifically to Orchard Street, an eight-city block street running between Chinatown and the Lower East Side, which, since the ’90s, has become known for its outerwear game. For SS23, Heron Preston reimagines some of the brand’s signature styles, like the money print jackets, moto-racing leathers and security-style outerwear, complete with fictional racing team logos, security firm badges and college crests.
The new season offering also builds on the brand’s existing denim collection, experimenting with loose cuts, varied washes and a range of bright colors, offering a softer take on some of the brand’s signature ’90s silhouettes. Heron Preston’s denim collection also boasts a new eco-stretch denim made from COREVA, an innovative fibre developed by Candiani Denim.
Elsewhere, SS23 womenswear features a range of feminine silhouettes, in a bid to cater to Preston’s growing female audience. Complete with long slip dresses and cut-out tailored pieces, the collection is complete with the brand;’s signature workwear details like carabiner clips on dress straps and fastenings on swimsuits. The collection also introduces an updated underwear selection, comprised of triangle bras, bralettes and bikini bottoms.
Rounding out the collection are two new footwear styles, the Block Stepper and Pacekeeper boot for men, alongside the Thong Heel and Tied-Up Heel for women.
