Megan Thee Stallion Spiky Y2K Updo Serves Mortal Kombat Vibes

Megan Thee Stallion is obviously in her red-hair era and loving every minute of it. From recently donning the new dye job with flowy curls to now serving us an updo with the perfect nostalgic side bang — the artist is really “Her.”
One thing we can count on Megan to do is to serve us Halloween inspiration which is precisely what the new “kool-aid” red hair is giving. The editorial styling of the updo hairstyle featured two large Y2K spikes, which can easily be transformed into your favorite Anime (which Megan is a fan of) or Mortal Kombat costume. Giving the hair even more life, Megan’s go-to hairstylist Kellon Deryck left a small section of the hair out to be styled in a sharp, swooped side-bang. With this much heat, we can only expect more greatness to follow from the stylist in the next few weeks.
The holiday season is in full effect the Texas Hottie way, and if this look indicates nothing else, it shows us that Megan will be at the top of our saved bookmarks for inspiration for the remainder of the year.
