A Closer Look at Palace's Debut Womenswear Collection With Gucci
The collaboration marks the first time that Palace has offered a fully-fledged womenswear range.
Believe it or not, Palace has never actually had a full womens’ collection before. Sure, the London-based streetwear brand has dipped its toe into the waters of womenswear in the past (think Palace x Rapha or CK1 Palace, for example) but this new Gucci collection marks the first time that the brand will be showcasing a fully-fledged collection and as major fans of the brand, we’re pretty excited.
So what exactly will this womenswear offering hold? Outside of the brand’s signature unisex jackets, T-shirts and hoodies, the collaborative collection is home to a range of womenswear-specific garments like co-branded bralettes, low-rise skirts with visible waistbands and baby tees. Rounding out the collection is a series of accessories, complete with dual-branded baguette bags and loafers, arriving in Gucci’s signature beige colorway alongside a delicate, baby pink.
While the womenswear debut is exclusive to this collaboration for now, we have a sneaky feeling that we’re about to see a lot more women’s pieces in future Palace drops. Until then, you’ll find us desperately refreshing the Gucci Vault in anticipation of release day.
