Penn Badgley Hilariously Makes His TikTok Debut With His Character Joe Goldberg as the "Anti-Hero"
With Taylor Swift singing, “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me.”
Penn Badgley has finally made his TikTok debut and of course, he referenced his iconic character from You — Joe Goldberg — as well as Taylor Swift‘s music video for “Anti-Hero.”
In the clip, Badgley runs to open the door and greets Joe, who’s wearing his signature stalker outfit — dark clothes and a baseball cap. Swift did the same thing for her music video; she opened the door to her alter-ego aka the villain in the scenario while she sings the following lyrics: “It’s me/ Hi/ I’m the problem/ It’s me.”
Swift seemed more than happy that the Gossip Girl alum referenced her and commented, “OMG!!!!” followed by a starstruck emoji.
The TikTok video could be promotion for You — Season 4 of the Netflix series premieres on February 10, 2023. So far, the streamer has shared a teaser trailer, which means an official trailer should be dropping soon.
