Nicki Minaj, Maluma and Myriam Fares Drop New Trilingual World Cup Anthem "Tukoh Taka"
Making history as FIFA’s first song in English, Spanish and Arabic.
Nicki Minaj, Maluma and Myriam Fares have teamed up to drop their new collab, “Tukoh Taka,” in honor of the World Cup.
The catchy track makes history as it’s the first time a FIFA World Cup song contains lyrics in English, Spanish and Arabic. The Arabic portion pays tribute to the highly anticipated soccer tournament taking place in Qatar this year.
“Tukoh Taka” is just one of the many songs associated with the World Cup this time around. “It is the first time that the tournament’s soundtrack will feature a multi-song collection, with international artists showcasing diverse musical genres that span the world, setting the tone for a truly global celebration,” FIFA previously said in an official statement.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup kicks off on November 20 and wraps up on December 18.
