Versace Announces FW23 Runway Show in Los Angeles

Two days before the Oscars.

Versace has announced that the House will be showing a combined womenswear and menswear showcase for Fall/Winter 2023 in Los Angeles.

“For me Hollywood is both a place and a state of mind. It is about storytelling and magic, power and vulnerability, creativity, and emotional expression. It is a perfect location for Versace. I cannot wait to be back,” says Donatella Versace in a press statement.

The brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 showcase took place at Milan Fashion Week earlier this year, which makes the new location a pretty big departure from Versace’s usual display. The last show saw Gigi and Bella Hadid show off their freshly bleached brows on the runway, with the former Spring/Summer 2022 show playing host to Dua Lipa’s runway debut, so we can expect big things from the House’s upcoming show.

The show is set to take place just two days before the Oscars, on March 10. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

In the meantime, take a look at this year’s best-dressed celebrities and full list of winners from the CFDA Fashion Awards.
