Roberto Cavalli's FW26 Campaign Takes a Dark Trip to Los Angeles
Starring Hayes Warner.
Roberto Cavalli heads to Los Angeles for Fall/Winter 2026, with creative director Fausto Puglisi turning the city’s hedonistic energy into a dark, maximalist campaign. Titled “Nero Carnale – The Kids in America,” the campaign stars Hayes Warner, known for playing Debbie Schaffer in Bret Easton Ellis’ The Shards.
Photographed by Indiana Piorek in a villa overlooking the city, Warner is captured in close-up, unpolished imagery that embraces the tension between being watched and performing for the camera. The setting channels Ellis’ fictional universe of excess, think endless pools, parties and bedrooms, where glamor and unease exist side by side.
That duality runs through the collection, with black dominating in engraved crocodile and python-print textures before bursts of periwinkle, hot pink and cyclamen break through the darkness. Puglisi’s approach to Cavalli feels deeply sensual, with the body treated as both subject and spectacle. But rather than dressing for an audience, the campaign insists on pleasure for oneself. “You can play with your body, with fashion, with sexuality,” the brand notes. “You can push each of them to the extreme.”
