UPDATE: Tom Holland Addresses Rumors of Purchasing a House With Zendaya

Sources previously suggested that the couple bought a new home in London earlier this month.

UPDATE (February 22, 2022): Tom Holland has addressed the rumors of him purchasing a house with his girlfriend Zendaya.

In early February, sources suggested that the couple bought a home together in South West London, with some stating that the property is under renovation with plans for rooms such as a gym and a cinema. In a recent talk on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Holland clarified that the rumors are actually not true.

“I’ve had so many people call me up because apparently, I bought a new house in South London, which is completely false,” he said. “I didn’t buy a new house. I’m like, ‘Wow, what a surprise, I wonder when I’ll get the keys,’” he added, saying that he has no idea where the false news came from.

ORIGINAL STORY (February 6, 2022): Zendaya and Tom Holland seem to have taken their relationship to the next level, as the pair has reportedly purchased a house together in the U.K.

According to Mirror, the couple’s first home is located in Richmond, South West London — four miles from Holland’s hometown Kingston upon Thames. The outlet reports that the property is currently under renovation, with plans to include a gym, a cinema and a “man cave.”

The home, worth £3 million GBP (approximately $4.1 million USD), comes with six bedrooms and will be protected with “high-tech security all-around” including an “8 feet steel security gate on the drive.”

“They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together. They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them,” a source shared.
