Here's What 'Euphoria' Star Dominic Fike's Face Tattoos Mean
The actor-slash-musician’s ink includes an apple and letters.
Part of what makes Dominic Fike‘s style unique is his facial ink. If you’ve been wondering about the meaning behind the tats, the Euphoria star actually revealed what the apple and the letters stand for.
According to an interview Fike did with Complex in 2019, the apple is a tribute to his little sister, Apollonia. It also “serves as a reminder of what he’s working for.” However, in 2021, he revealed the apple tat actually doesn’t have much thought behind it. “It was so random,” Fike told i-D. “Not thought out at all. Same day, I was like, ‘I’m going to get this.’ Respectable girls don’t hate me. I like it. And Apple just sent me the new iPhone, the 13.”
Fike’s other facial ink includes the letters “LBE” on his forehead, which stands for the music group he was once part of: Lame Boyz ENT. Another significant tat of Fike’s is Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante’s face located on his right hand, which has to do with his love for the band.
